Alumni Gymnasium

The Alumni Gymnasium, a reinforced concrete structure situated south of Patterson Stadium, provides a dance studio, classrooms, and offices for the Department of Kinesiology. It was funded by gifts of Alumni and the Associated Students of Occidental College. In the Spring of 1997, Alumni Gymnasium was temporarily remodeled to house the main dining rooms for the College. Upon completion of the Johnson Student Center, Alumni Gymnasium will return to its athletic purpose. Erected 1926; enlarged 1965, remodeled 1997.
