Festival of Colors
Live music, dance, food, and oh so many colors!
I hope mid terms went well for you and I hope you’re having the most amazing Spring Break! If you’re still in the Los Angeles area and looking for something new and cultural this Friday March 16, I have the perfect idea for you, The Holi Festival of Colors in Los Angeles! The Holi Festival is a trdition that originated in India that has been brought to America. In this festival participants throw colors on each other to symbolize unity and friendship despite differences. The Festival also celebrates the coming of spring! In recent years, runs like Run or Dye have been created to show people this cultural event in a more connectable setting. This event is five dollars per person and will feature live music and food. It is sure to be a good time with color throws every two hours!
