New to campus but not Southern California, Emiko wants to give you a taste of something good.
Hello! I’m Emiko Schwab a first-year at Oxy (I plan to study Biochemistry) and So-Cal Native! I’m truly excited to be joining you on an Occidental and Los Angeles adventure! So where to begin? I love the outdoors, hiking and gardening. On my free days I love to go anywhere in nature and sit-down and write. Look forward to a lot of Good Eats posts, as I'll be putting some together for you very soon.
I should also tell you that I LOVE figure skating. I’ve been skating since I was 3 1/2 and never get tired of it. My new thing in figure skating though is synchronized figure skating! I’m currently a part of California Gold, an International level team. We just came back from our International assignment in Berlin which was certainly a blast!
