This is one of the best weekends I’ve had in a long time. Finally free from the overwhelming amount of homework, exams, projects, and papers squashed into the past two weeks, I can’t explain how fulfilling it was to have a great Saturday night dinner with my girls while munching on a few tacos from the Kogi Truck at Oxy. I’ve always been a fan of Mexican food and Korean food, but the fusion of Mexican and Korean food is just exquisitely tangy!
 
In addition to lovin’ my dinner from one of my favorite food trucks, I also discovered a new restaurant in the South Bay this weekend: The Veggie Grill! It’s such a cute vegetarian place that I can’t get enough of, and I had such great company with me. Overall, this has been a great food-splurge weekend with only the best!
