Music!
Well, I have officially declared myself as a double major in music and physics. Things are really starting to pick up speed now. I am practicing for a concert this weekend, and another one in two weeks, followed swiftly by evaluation by a few members of the music board. This means juggling about seven pieces at once, but I am thrilled! I have managed to fit everything into my schedule very nicely, and am still able to take care of homework. The classes this semester have been fantastic. I especially like the set-up for my physics course; the professor will go through sample problems during the class, so we actually get to see how everything is worked out, and he welcomes questions during the process. I am a bit nervous about next semester, truth be told. One physics course (complete with lab) and two math classes will be a bit of a load, but I have started going to the CAE whenever I have questions on the homework, and the people there are very helpful. Apart from that, it is all a matter of keeping the knowledge safely tucked away in my head. Almost there!
