As I'm writing this blog post, I'm becoming more and more excited about spring break. In approximately 17 hours from now, I will be jet set on my way to Puerto Rico, with a stop in New York! And I will be reuniting with my best friend from high school in Puerto Rico, which is undoubtedly the best part. We will be staying in San Juan for one week, and I can't wait to enjoy the beautiful weather, soak up the culture, and live carefree for one week with the best company in the world.
As much as I may want to feel guilty for using Spring Break to explore Puerto Rico as opposed to catching up on work, making progress on Comps, and reading books that I've had on my to do list, I can't help but feel that going to Puerto Rico is the right decision to make. I'll still bring my work and anticipate working--a plan which is guaranteed to fail--but I'll just be doing it while in a more liberated and carefree state (at least that's what I tell myself). So seniors, both in undergrad and in high school: use your spring break wisely. And by that, I'm really suggesting that you take a break from work, live in the moment, and do it guilt-free. :)

Hope you're having a wonderful break so far!
