Spring Break in San Francisco!
Hey all, Spring Break is around, and the living is easy! I took the Amtrak train from LA to San Francisco, a needlessly long journey which nonetheless gave me a view of the changing scenery of California from South to North. I stopped at San Jose, where my uncle picked me up and took me to his house in Fremont. Venturing through the city and seeing all the sights was basically the coolest thing ever. San Francisco is pretty much the coolest place I've ever been. I love LA and going to school there, but I could definitely see myself settling down in San Francisco. It's like a Californized version of New York City, which basically means New York without the attitude and rush. It's hard to explain. The city is something that deserves to be photographed, and photograph it I did! Two of my friends from back home in Singapore go to the Claremont Colleges, so we traipsed through the city together and I took waay too many photos. All of the following photos are on my facebook, but for people that aren't friends with me on FB, I'll attach them here. All the pictures were edited with Pixelmator, which is a great, affordable Photoshop alternative, for you photographers out there. Check out my photos after the jump!
