"What are the ingredients in the vegan/GF pancakes?"
We use "The Cravings Place" all purpose pancake and waffle mix. The only thing we add is water. The mix contains whole grain brown rice flour, non aluminum baking powder, vanilla bean powder, sea salt, baking soda, & xanthan gum.
"The vegan muffins are great, but they are a little heavy. May I suggest replacing some or all of the oil with applesauce or bananas?"

Come to the Marketplace to the first day of spring meal plans - Monday January 20, and enjoy a repeat of the Chicken Tom Yum Gai (Vietnamese style chicken soup with coconut milk). The more positive feedback we receive on an item (especially a new recipe like this one), the more often it tends to be served, so thanks for the input.
"I have seen so many people open up their sandwiches/wraps to add sriracha or sriracha mayo into their sandwich station orders. Can we add like a squeeze bottle of sriracha-mayo (like the balsamic one) and see if it catches on? I always find that when I re-wrap the wraps it just kinda falls apart and it would be so much more convenient if it was at the station. Thanks!"

"Many of my friends and I wish there were reusable utensils and dishes at the Cooler. I know that there is no dish washer at the Cooler, but I think it would be worth the effort of bringing the dishes back and forth from the Marketplace. We feel the same way about composting."
Sustainability in all areas is of high importance to Campus Dining. We heartily agree with your intentions, but moving soiled and clean dishes back and forth from the JSC dish machine is way beyond the reaches of practicality, not to mention cost. The logistics of doing this in a sanitary manner would be significant. Also, the Tiger Cooler is only budgeted for one sanitation employee at any given time. This employee already makes several trips back and forth between the Tiger Cooler and JSC to transport sandwiches, salads and pastries, in addition to the duties of keeping the Tiger Cooler clean. Composting is a more achievable goal, but still a challenge because of space issues. A significant structural project may be required to house another compactor as well as space for the composting bins.
