You bet! The Aromatic Eggplant with Tofu Spinach & Green Beans over Sticky Rice has became a new vegan favorite! We encored this recipe for dinner on Tuesday 10/29. If you missed it, don't fret - it will return again this semester.
"Last year, there was an item you used to serve in the market place a lot called "Buffalo Wild Wings" (I may have butchered the name). They were small spicy pieces of chicken but they weren't chicken wings. I was wondering if you could bring those back!
That may have been "Wings of Fire", and good news, this item will return this Sunday, November 3 at the Grill Station for dinner!

"The sweet potato, date and kale wrap at the MP today [10/21] was AMAZING!! My only comment is that it was dripping oil when I picked it up. Such delicious nutritious food was coated in fat. Is there anyway to preserve the good taste with little to no oil involved? Thank you for all you do!
Glad you liked this new vegan offering. The dressing on the wrap is composed of whole grain mustard, maple syrup and extra virgin olive oil. It's a new recipe, so we're still perfecting it and will work on the oil factor!
