Just one, the Galasso's whole wheat, with its distinctive sprinkle of grains on top (pictured here) is made from 100% whole wheat flour.

We have not changed brands but we have changed our preparation technique for the tofu at the sandwich station. It is still baked, but for a shorter time, making it softer. Glad you like it!

Detailed analysis information can be found in the nutritional analysis section of our website. The soy chicken sandwich is cooked on the char-broiler. The Philly Sandwiches are prepared on the flat top grill, combined with grilled onions and provolone cheese on a French Roll.
"I would really like it if feta cheese was offered as an option in the marketplace (salad bar, pasta bar, etc). It is a great cheese that would be much appreciated by the student body! "
Thanks for the suggestion! We've gone back to rotating feta into the salad bar (1-2 days per week). When you see it there you are welcome to take a small bowl to the sautee station to incorporate it into your pasta.
"Hello Marketplace, First let me say, this past year has been the best so far out of 3 years here!! I thank you so much for all you do. I do have to say, I enjoy my independence, and I do actually read the signs and lately I have been looking for more gluten free options (by choice). There have been some great choices and during lunch I notice the person who writes the signs seems to be diligent and consistent with the v, vl, gf and I thank (I think her name is Monica) for doing this. But in the evening I don't understand the boards and I end up asking the cooks who are serving and they never seem to know. Like I said before, I can eat gluten and meat and meat byproducts, it would be nice to know what is what in writing I can understand. So I guess what I would like to know if there is someone who can do them as nice (I don't want to hurt anyones feelings) as the lunch menu's? Just so I don't have to ask....Like I said earlier I love the Marketplace and the Valentine's Lunch today just was the icing on my cake...I loved it!!!"
We had a long discussion about your concerns, and now have the cooks, cashiers and supervisors working together to provide clearer signage in the evenings. Please let us know if you see improvement! FYI, some of our cooks are new, so please feel free to ask a cashier, chef or supervisor, and they will be happy to answer questions about ingredients.

Our supplier is currently experiencing supply issues with the blackberry-raspberry variety of Muller yogurt. When this is resolved we'll have a more reliable stock on hand.
