Whether you are a new member of our community, or your student is about to graduate, you and your student are engaged in a life-long partnership with Occidental.

The Career Development Center is dedicated to enhancing students' academic and social experiences by providing counseling and resources that support them to determine career goals congruent with their ambitions. You are your student's greatest advocate. By encouraging, listening and providing moral support, you can help your student navigate this process. Developmentally, each student progresses at his/her own pace and is ready for major and career decision-making at different times.
