Grad Fair

The first Commencement event for the Class of 2013, Grad Fair is organized by the Occidental Bookstore as a “one-stop shop” for your student’s Commencement needs.

When:
Thursday, Feb. 14, 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.

Branca Patio, Johnson Student Center

Cap/Gown measurements - It's that time - place your cap and gown order on Senior Day (no payment due until May)
 
Get information about graduation and purchase commencement announcements, class rings, diploma frames, graduation sashes, grad DVDs, flowers and orchid leis.
 
Refreshments will be served
 
Door prizes provided by:
Artcarved College Rings, Collegiate Cap & Gown, Jostens College Rings, CB Graduation Announcements, University Frames, Pride Sash, Pure Logic Video and Occidental College Bookstore.
 
Also participating will be representatives from:  Alumni Office, The Registrar, Career Center, ORSL, La Encina and the President's Office.

If a student cannot attend Grad Fair, he or she should stop by the Bookstore as soon as possible after
Feb. 14 to complete a reservation form for cap and gown.

Grad Images will be photgraphing all graduates at the commencement ceremony. Visit www.gradimages.com, click on pre-event email registration to register your email and receive $5 off an order of $25 or more.

Jostens will be on campus April 2, 2013 11a-2pm. Up to 40% off select college rings available at the on-campus event only.
