The Marketplace offers a unique, upscale dining experience for guests. Seven stations offer pasta, “homestyle” entrées, grilled items, sandwiches, soup, salads, and baked goods daily, plus an ever-changing selection of specialty menu items such as wood-fired pizza and regional dishes. Vegetarian and vegan selections are always available. Marketplace meals are included in residential room and board plans, and can also be purchased a la carte for day campers or guests.
