Summer Housing

Our smaller-scaled residence halls offer convenience,
comfort, and community.

You won’t find any high-rise residence halls here! Our average hall size is just 68 rooms, so most programs have an entire building to themselves. The result? A friendly and convenient experience for guests, and an easy-to-manage experience for program staff.

Oxy has 12 residence halls and can accommodate up to 1,500 overnight guests. Campus housing is available from early June to mid-August. Our “Room and Board Package” includes room, linens, meals, parking, and internet access. Contact us for more information and pricing.
