"Release to Print" Launches in the Academic Commons

"Release to print" functionality has been released as part of our pilot project within the Academic Commons. In order to print or copy, you will need to swipe your ID card or enter your Oxynet credentials at the multifunction devices in this building. To install drivers for your computer, please go to bit.ly/oxyprintdrivers. Please contact the Technology Helpdesk at helpdesk@oxy.edu or 323-259-2880 if you have any questions or encounter any problems with the installation.

Troubleshooting

If you have problems printing from your computer to one of the new multifunction devices contact the ITS helpdesk. ITS will troubleshoot the issues, address your concern immediately or handle the transition to an on-campus Copy Center technician.
