Accommodations
The Disability Services Team approves and arranges for reasonable accommodations for students with documented disabilities.
The documentation will be assessed per Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Act as Ammended of 2008, and the Disability Services documentation guidelines.
Every effort will be made to implement reasonable and effective accommodations. Requests for accommodations that are not supported by appropriate documentation or that fundamentally alter the College's programs or requirements will be denied. Please be aware that California state law prohibits tape recording someone without their permission. A student must notify the professor when there is a request to use a tape recorder.
