Note: If you do not use a network pharmacy, you will be responsible for paying the full cost for the prescription.
Benefits are subject to supply limits (up to 31 days) and copayments. The copayment varies depending on which tier of the Prescription Drug List (PDL) the outpatient drug is listed. Your copayment/coinsurance is determined by the tier to which the Prescription Drug is assigned on the PDL.
Tier 1 Prescription Drug (Generic) - $15 co-pay
Tier 2 Prescription Drug (Brand) - $30 co-pay
Tier 3 Prescription Drug (Preferred) - $50 co-pay

Go to Gallagher Koster to learn the details of the pharmacy program, including the Mail Service Program, and receive the maximum benefit available.
Study Abroad Prescription Program
Students who study abroad can request additional months of prescription coverage by completing a Vacation Override Request Form. Go to Gallagher Koster and download the form under "Pharmacy Network". Please allow 2-3 business days of Gallagher Koster's receipt of the form for processing.
