"Waging a Living," directed by documentarian Roger Weisberg, is a critical look at the American Dream that is out of reach for an increasing number of working Americans. More than 30 million Americans are stuck in jobs that pay less than the federal poverty level for a family of four. Shot over three years, the documentary chronicles the day-to-day struggle of four low wage workers to support their families.

"The Growing Divide," directed by Bill Moyers, looks at the growing inequality gap in Los Angeles, where recently union workers marched to bring attention to how they are getting squeezed out of the shrinking middle class.
