Generally, we need to give Res Life 24 hours notice prior to entry, unless it is an emergency situation. Shutdowns: While we try to give as much notice as possible to avoid disruptions, in the case of an emergency there may be little notice. We will communicate to the College community the type and anticipated duration of any shutdown. Contractor access: If an area is occupied, then Oxy staff will be alongside the contractor.
