Education: B.A., North Central College; M.A., Loyola University of Chicago; Ph.D., UC San Diego
He teaches courses in these areas as well as the philosophies of law and economics, critical social theory, and feminist and queer theory. His research focuses on Hegel and the ethical dimensions of work organization, constitutional issues of same-sex marriage, and the ethics and politics of the drug war.
