Technology in the Classroom

Multimedia classrooms have digital projectors or monitors, laptop hook-ups, and DVD players. Some of the rooms have additional equipment, which is detailed below.

Classrooms

These spaces generally have moveable individual student desks and, depending on the space, can accommodate anywhere from 20 to 50 people.

Auditoriums

These spaces have fixed, stadium-style seating and, depending on the space, can accommodate anywhere from 40 to 200 people.

Seminar rooms

These spaces generally have a large table and chairs, and depending on the space, may accommodate 8-20 people.

Computer Labs

These spaces mainly have tables and chairs, and can accommodate 11-25 people. Fowler labs have 6-8 computers, and Academic Commons labs have 11-25 computers.
