Media Services supports academic functions, provides equipment that can be checked out via the Academic Commons checkout desk at the Info Center, and also provides training and consultation to support all of your media needs.

Academic Support

Media Services provides support for academic functions. Many classrooms are equipped with built-in projectors, computers or laptop hookups, and video players. In spaces without installations, Media Services will set up equipment for your class. Requests must be submitted via our Academic Support Request Form.

Library Equipment Checkout

In conjunction with the Library, we offer a range of equipment that can be used for other events including projectors, laptops, video cameras, still cameras, and sound systems. Pick up the equipment at the Checkout Desk in the Academic Commons; training on equipment set-up is available from Media Services upon request. Submit requests using the Library Equipment Checkout Form.

Consultation, Training and Other Media Needs

We can provide additional equipment, like large sound systems, special cables, etc. We also schedule hands-on training sessions for individuals or groups on how to operate AV and Media equipment and can help you to find reliable vendors for special events equipment rentals. Submit your request here. Please allow two working days for processing and confirmation.
