We assist with using the campus voicemail system as well as setting up voicemail for new employees, setting up and troubleshooting problems with the campus phones, transferring phone numbers to new locations and resetting voicemail after an employee has left the college.

Please send the following information to the Technology Helpdesk when an extension needs to be moved or added:
- Contact Person
- Account to charge
- Date needed (Tuesdays and Fridays only)
- For each extension that needs to be moved or added:
- Name of person using the extension
- Existing Location/room number (n/a when adding an extension)
- New Location/room number
- For Multi-line phones, which additional extensions need to be connected to the phone?
