Privacy Information (FERPA)
The Federal Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) prohibits the release of student information, including grades and records relating to financial aid, student business accounts and disciplinary matters, to anyone but the student without the student’s written permission to do so.
If you would like to give your parent/guardian access to your grades or other information, please fill out and return the Waiver of FERPA Rights form. California law also prohibits the release of records relating to health and counseling for any student 18 years or older. For more information on health records, contact Emmons Student Wellness Center.
