Symphony to Perform Free Concert

The Occidental-Caltech Symphony, Allen Robert Gross, director, will present a free concert at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 14 in Thorne Hall on the Occidental College campus.
The performance will include Johann Strauss Jr.’s Overture to “The Gypsy Baron”, Liszt’s Piano Concerto No. 1, and Mendelssohn’s Symphony No. 3 (“Scottish”). Kevin Peng is the featured pianist.

The same program will be performed at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 13 at Caltech’s Ramo Auditorium.
