Chamber Music Fall Concert

The Oxy Chamber Music program, coached by Gloria Lum and Stephanie O'Keefe, is made up of two divisions: Chamber Ensembles and Oxy New Music. In Chamber Ensembles, instrumentalists get together to perform works from the classical repertoire for 2-4 musicians. Oxy New Music partners with composition students to commission and perform new works for a variety of ensembles.

This concert will feature:

Duo for two violins - Dmitri Shostakovich
String Quartet in D - Borodin
Trio for clarinet, cello, and piano - Beethoven
Duo for violin and cello - Beethoven

And premieres by Nico Bluffin, Alessandro Bonomi, Nina Marguglio, Raiah Rofsky, and Alex Twomey.
