Registration

How to register

1. Log in: Log in to your Oxyconnect account. If you have not yet set up your Oxyconnect account, refer to the Getting Started guide on the new students welcome page or to page 3 in the New Student Packet that you received in the mail. You can also download a PDF copy of the New Student Packet.
2. Register: Complete the online Registration form!

The registration link will go live June 3 at 9 AM (PST).

*Please only use a desktop computer to register for OxyEngage using Safari, Firefox, Google Chrome, or Internet Explorer browsers.  We do not recommend registering using a smartphone or tablet to register for OxyEngage*

Cancellation policy

Participants who cancel their trip by July 1 will have the charge removed from their student account. After July 1, student account charges will be removed only if vacated spots are filled by those on a waiting list. No account charges will be removed after August 1. If, in the event that the Office of Student Life staff needs to move participants from their preferred trip to another offering and they are not interested, we will provide an opportunity for them to cancel such trip and remove the charge from their student account.
