Registration will go live on June 3, 2015!
OxyEngage registration costs will be added to your student account (e.g. tuition, fees, etc.). The finalized transaction can be seen in your MyOxy account. For any matters that have to do with your account balance please contact the Occidental Business Office. For questions or changes to your OxyEngage trips, please contact us.
Participants who cancel their trip by July 1 will have the charge removed from their student account. After July 1, student account charges will be removed only if vacated spots are filled by those on a waiting list. No account charges will be removed after August 1. If, in the event that the Office of Student Life staff needs to move participants from their preferred trip to another offering and they are not interested, we will provide an opportunity for them to cancel such trip and remove the charge from their student account.
