Registration will open June 3, 2013.  

Important Dates 2013

June 3 - OxyEngage registration begins at 9 AM PST
August 20 - OxyEngage move-in (10 AM-3 PM)
August 21 - 23 OxyEngage 2013
August 24 - New Student Orientation begins

Cancellation Policy

Participants who cancel their trip by July 1 will have the charge removed from their student account. After July 1, student account charges will be removed only if vacated spots are filled by those on a waiting list. No account charges will be removed after August 1. If, in the event that the Office of Student Life staff needs to move participants from their preferred trip to another offering and they are not interested, we will provide an opportunity for them to cancel such trip and remove the charge from their student account.
