Appliances

We want to make sure everyone is safe and the power stays on so please pay attention to the list below of approved and prohibited appliances.

Approved Appliances

  • Irons (to be used only in the laundry room)
  • Curling irons with automatic shut-off feature

Prohibited Appliances:

  • Refrigerators larger than 3.3 cubic feet
  • Popcorn poppers
  • Hot plates and indoor grills
  • Crockpots
  • Portable electric heaters
  • Air conditioners
  • Ultra-violet sun lamps
  • Toasters
  • Toaster ovens
  • Electrical heating elements/burners
  • Microwave ovens (greater than 800 watts)
  • Satellite dishes, radio/television antennas
  • Ceiling fans
  • Halogen lamps
