Your Federal Perkins and Oxy Institutional loan servicer

ACS administers the billing and other services for the Federal Perkins, Oxy Low Interest and Oxy No Interest loan programs. This includes processing of loan payments, deferments, change of name and address requests, etc.

You can go on-line to make loan payments (as long as your account is not in collections) and manage your account.  Click on the link below, then choose "How to register" to set up your account with a password. Payments will be credited to your account faster using this on-line payment method.
