Student Account Charge Sheet
If your Oxy Club, Organization, or Campus Department is submiting charges to post to a student's account, please follow the instructions listed below.
The deadline to submit charges for both account charge sheets is the last day of classes each semester. We will not accept charges that are lower than $5.00.
For Oxy Clubs or Organizations:
1. Fill out the SBS Account Charge Sheet completely
SBS Account Sheet (Student Club or Organization)
2. Verify that all information is correct; especially student ID numbers.
Only current students can be billed. Faculty, Staff, and Alumni ID numbers cannot be used
3. Submit it to stuaccts@oxy.edu
For Departments:
