Miscellaneous fees may appear on your account, including, but not limited to: library, Campus Safety and Campus Dining fees, Emmons Health Center, and other various departmental charges. If you have questions regarding these charges, you must contact the issuing department directly. Student Business Services cannot reverse departmental charges without authorization from the issuing department.
UnitedHealthcare Student Resources administers the College’s health insurance. The policy is a comprehensive major medical plan. All registered students are required to enroll.

You can also log onto GallgherKoster for coverage information and claims status, to download ID cards, and for other services.
Student Business Services and the Oxy Bookstore offers vouchers to all students that can be used to purchase books and class-related materials at the bookstore. Whatever you buy with the voucher – a maximum of $600 for the Fall semester and $500 for spring – will be billed to your student account. This allows you to spread out payments for textbooks and other supplies. More information on this program will be e-mailed at the beginning of each semester.
