Your Federal Perkins and Oxy institutional loans

To complete your Entrance/Exit interview:
Logon on to Financial Counselor and choose Entrance Interview or Exit Interview at the top menu bar.  You will need your social security number and date of birth to login.

To complete your Promissory Note and Truth In Lending (TILA) documents:
Logon to CPS E-sign to complete.  You will need your FAFSA pin number for your electronic signature.  Please Note: You will need to disable your pop-up blocker to gain access to the site.

To view your Cumulative Borrowed Statement:
Logon on to Financial Counselor and review your total borrowed funds to date.  You will need your social security number and date of birth to login.  Federal regulations require that these  amounts be made available to you and reviewed annually.  Now you can access this information any time and for any of your Oxy Student loans.

Who is ACS?
ACS, Inc. is Occidental's loan servicing company which we use to administer the billing and other services for the Federal Perkins and Oxy loan programs. This includes processing of loan payments, deferments, change of name and address requests, etc.  Find out more about accessing your account through ACS.
