Case Referrals

Students are responsible for knowing the following:

23. Any person may refer a student, group or organization suspected of violating this Code to the Office of Student Conduct. A charge shall be prepared in writing and directed to the Office of Student Conduct. Any charge should be submitted as soon as possible after the alleged violation occurs.

24. An individual(s) who refers a case typically serves as the complainant and presents relevant information in a hearing or conference. The College itself, represented by a member of the faculty or staff, may also act as complainant. The complainant may request the assistance of a member of the College community, as set forth in Parts 34-36 of this Code.
