Case Review and Assignment of Venue

Students are responsible for knowing the following:

25. The Office of Student Conduct will conduct a preliminary review to determine whether a student's alleged misconduct might result in expulsion or suspension from the College. Students subject to suspension or expulsion shall receive a hearing before the Conduct Council. Students alleged to have committed lesser violations of this Code will be provided the option of a hearing before the Conduct Council or a conduct conference with a Conduct Officer.

26. The Office of Student Conduct may defer proceedings for alleged minor violations of this Code for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days.
