Students are responsible for knowing the following:

Occidental College actively enforces the ownership of its marks, names, and symbols. A sample of any product intended for sale or profit which bears the College marks, names and/or symbols must be submitted for approval by the College Licensing Agent before the item can be sold or distributed.
