Public Nudity

Students are responsible for knowing the following:

Although the term public nudity is not specifically mentioned in the sexual harassment policy, it is considered physical conduct which has the purpose or effect of creating an intimidating, hostile or offensive environment, and as such will have disciplinary consequences for those involved.
