Housing and Meal Plan License Agreement

Students are responsible for knowing the following:

Each resident must sign a Housing and Meal Plan License Agreement as part of the Clearance process. This agreement should be read carefully as residents will be held responsible for the terms and conditions stated in the agreement. The agreement is binding for the entire academic year unless the student is released based on one of the following conditions:

  • Withdrawal from the College, completion of degree program or leave of absence.
  • Written notification to the Office of Residential Education and Housing Services by May 17, 2009 for fall semester only. Students who are not in attendance at the College for fall semester and wait list for spring semester housing will have until the deadline listed on the License Agreement.
  • Marriage (proof of marriage may be requested)
  • Birth of a child.
