Department Registration for Involvement Fair is now OPEN

Kick off the year in style with the annual Involvement Fair. Reach out to incoming first year and transfer students. Renew your network with returning students and departments. Or simply announce to the entire campus what your department is planning for the semester.

The time has come to register your department for a space at the Involvement Fair on Tuesday, September 11 from 11:30am to 1:30pm on the Academic Quad.

Last year almost 120 organizations set up shop on the Academic Quad with mailing list sign up sheets, fliers for upcoming events, and information about ways to get interact with their department or organization. Space is limited and given on a first come - first served basis. The deadline to reserve your space is Friday, August 17 at 5pm.

Student organizations should reserve their space when they submit their Club Update Form for fall semester. If you are not sure if your club has submitted your form, check the list of registered student organizations for fall.
