The Involvement Fair has been happening on campus for many years in many variations. But the bottom line is that it's the first comprehensive place for you to explore the different options for getting involved on campus. Each year, over 100 organizations and departments set up on the Quad to talk to you about what their organization is about and how your interests might connect with them.

Take some time to walk around, meet some new people (or reconnect with friends you haven't seen all summer). Maybe you'll see something interesting and sign up for a group's mailing list. Maybe you'll take a flier for an upcoming event. Even if you don't sign up for a group, the Involvement Fair can give you a sense for who does what on campus and what the coming semester has to offer.

Clubs/Departments

This is your chance to start the year off with a bang! The Quad will be bustling with hundreds of students from first year students who aren't familiar with campus to seniors who have seen three years of Involvement Fairs. Come out and set up your space prepared to wow them all. Take some time to get yourself and your gruop ready by reviewing the Club & Department Tips for participating in the Involvement Fair. Set up your schedule for staffing your space and working the crowd.

Whether you are trying to recruit new members, promote your service or department, or just network with people to be as effective as possible on campus this year, the Involvement Fair is a great place to start.

Reserving Space

Student Organizations reserved their space with then submitted their club update form before the end of last semester. If you aren't sure that you've reserved a space, feel free to email clubs@oxy.edu and we'll let you know.

Departments interested in reserving space should submit the online Department Registration Form before the August 16th deadline.
