The URC has a wide format (24") Hewlett Packard 800ps Printer available. The cost for printing is $3.00/ft of posters which consist of primarily text and line drawings with only minimal color. Posters which have colored backgrounds and/or extensive photographic images are $9.00/ft, and we have available glossy photographic paper that will cost $15.00/ft. Because of the time involved to print, you must make an appointment with the URC in advance. Information on how to prepare a poster for printing is available here.

The 2011 Occidental Summer Research Conference will be held August 1, 2012. All students engaged in summer research are strongly urged to present their work as a poster or a talk.  Titles and abstracts can be submitted at with the URC Abstract Form. Posters should be no larger than 4' x 4'. The URC will provide foamcore boards to mount individual pages of a poster presentation, or you may print your poster at no charge on the large format printer available in the URC.
