Housing and Meals

Students desiring summer housing must contact Residence Life and Housing Services at (323) 259-2531 to apply for housing on a space-available basis. Housing is very limited, and contacting the office well in advance of the summer is highly recommended. 

Room and Board Fees

• Room:  $113 per week
• Board:  $97 per week (required)
• Total:    $210 per week 

The charge for housing and meals provides the following:

 

(1) Housing: A space in a residence hall on campus, furnished with a bed, desk, dresser and telephone.  (The College does not provide blankets, pillows, linen, bedspreads, study lamps, metal wastebaskets, or curtains.)

Opening date:	Sunday, May 25
Closing date:	Saturday, August 2

No housing is available in the interim period between the end of the academic year on May 12 and the opening of summer housing on May 25. 

(2) Meals: Fourteen meals per week (Sunday through Saturday).

The College assumes no responsibility for valuables or student property in the rooms.  Property insurance forms are available through the Office of Residence Life and Housing Services.
