Master Plan

Please note that some elements of the master plan are intended to be purely illustrative of proposed ideas, rather than definitive. This is particularly true of Chapter 6, which depicts a series of potential projects. The illustrations are intended to provide one example of what a project might look like. No final decision has been made on the design of any individual project.
