Annual Gifts

Revenue from tuition and room and board charges provides less than two-thirds of the actual cost of an Occidental education. Private gifts from alumni, parents, and friends of Occidental play a critical role in supporting the fundamental operations of the College each year. Gifts designated for current operations are fully expendable and are crucial to sustain the high standard of education excellence at Occidental.

This fiscal year (July 1, 2009 - June 30, 2010), Occidental seeks to raise an ambitious $3.7 million in unrestricted support (the Annual Fund). Remember, EVERY GIFT COUNTS!
