Parents Fund

A longstanding tradition at Occidental, the Parents Fund is essential to maintain and enhance the College’s national reputation. Gifts to the Parents Fund support the recruitment of top-notch faculty, upgrades to technology and classroom equipment, library facilities, student-faculty research, scholarships, and student services.  

Most importantly, the Parents Fund supports our students today and ensures that the Oxy education and experience is of the highest quality. Last year, the Parents Fund received gifts from nearly 1,600 current parents, parents of alumni, guardians, and grandparents, totaling over half a million dollars.
