Alumni Access ID Card

The Tiger Alumni Access Card gives Oxy alumni easy access to all athletic facilities, the College library and its resources, and check-cashing privileges at the College bookstore. The photo identification card eliminates the need for multiple visitor and guest cards and makes campus resources easily available to Oxy alumni, all for a one-time fee of $20. Cards can be obtained Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Friday through Saturday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Sundays noon to 5 p.m. in the Card Office on the second floor of Johnson Student Center (north). Interested in planning an event or wedding on campus? Our beautiful campus is available for groups of all sizes. Housing is available for 30 to 500 people from late May to early August, and classrooms and auditoriums for groups between 80 and 200 people are available year-round. We also offer an excellent in-house dining and catering service. Contact the Conference Services office for more information.

Do you need copies of your Occidental transcript? Please send a letter to the Office of the Registrar or print out and complete the Transcript Request Form .

Alumni can obtain access to campus computers in the College library labs. Computers may be used by alumni for web surfing and use of the library's online research databases . You will need an Alumni Access Card to enter the library. In addition, you will need to create a username and password in the Online Directory before in order to log in to library computers.
