The Card Office in Hospitality Services issues your official Occidental College identification card. The photo identification card (ID) is used throughout campus for personal identification. It is also used to access dining accounts, the library, athletic facilities, Bookstore debit accounts, Student Activity Center rentals and sales, select vending machines and special events.

ID cards are programmable for door access - eight residence halls (including Rangeview Hall, where the parking structure is open to Oxy students, faculty and staff) are equipped with card key access. Other card key access locations include the Library and the outdoor basketball court. Laundry machines in all halls require card-accessed debit accounts for payment.

Your card is the property of Occidental College. It is for your use only and is not transferable. Cards altered, defaced or damaged in any way must be replaced at your expense. (see complete policy).
