Drug and Alcohol

The College complies with federal, state and local laws including those that regulate the possession, use and sale of alcoholic beverages and controlled substances.  The Student Handbook  details offenses and discipline for students – ranging from sanctions under College procedures including probation, suspension or expulsion from the College.

All students who violate the College’s alcohol policy may be required to attend an educational program and can be issued a Campus Safety conduct citation.  In addition, Emmons Student Health and Counseling Center provides educational, assessment, counseling and referral services for students addressing alcohol-related and drug-related issues.
