Schedule of Fines
Fines for parking and traffic violations are as follows:
| Parking without a permit | $25 |
| Parking without a proper permit (student in staff space, staff in visitor space, etc.) |

| Parking/stopping in fire lane | $50 |
| Parking in handicap without proper placard or permit | $100 |
| Parking in two spaces | $25 |
| Parking in wrong direction | $25 |
| Blocking access to drive or walkway | $25 |
| Failure to stop at posted sign | $25 |
| Driving/parking on landscaped area (additional fines for repair could also result) |
$25 |
| Reckless driving/speeding | $25 |
| Cost to remove Denver Boot | $50 |
Fines for conduct violations are as follows:
| Violation of skate/skateboard policy | $25 |
| Disturbing the peace/noise violation | $25 |
| Violation of College Alcohol Policy (includes underage possession/drinking and drunk and disorderly conduct) |
$25 |
| Drug possession/paraphenelia/usage | $50 |
| Tampering with fire alarm system (includes activation of false fire alarm and roof alarm) |
$100 |
Student fines are automatically billed to the student account, or they may be paid in person at the Cashier. Faculty, staff, administrators and visitors may pay fines by mail directed to Campus Safety or in person at the Cashier. The Cashier is located on the first floor of Arthur G. Coons Administrative Center.
