Policies and Procedures

Prospective students should read through Occidental College's Policies and Procedures for Off-Campus Study prior to submitting an application. All applicants are required to have read the Policies and Proceduresin order to submit the application.

Policies & Procedures include information on eligibility and the selection process; what happens once a student becomes a participant; as well as academic policies and information regarding credit/no credit, taking classes at a host country university and transferring credit back to Occidental. Additionally, students can read about different options for housing abroad and standards of conduct while living in a host country.
